Ashok Nandavanam Properties Pvt Ltd was started in 1984 as M/s Siva Sankar Agencies by
Mr.S.Ashokan.
After selling his ancestral Lands to Sri Ramachandra Hospital near Porur he wanted his other Ancestral Properties in Ayyappanthangal also to be landmarks.
So Mr.S.Ashokan developed CMDA approved Layouts in his other ancestral lands in Ayyapanthangal. He got a overwhelming response for the said layout which made him to develop CMDA approved layouts in and around Porur.
Between 1980’s to 1995 he was a Monopoly in CMDA approved Layouts in the neighbourhood of Porur and its Suburbs.
Mr.S.Ashokan has developed around 250 acres of layouts till 2002. He had developed Layouts in Ayyapanthangal, Mangadu, Kattupakkam, Senneerkuppam, Avadi, Poonamallee etc… and an Industrial Layout in Gerugambakkam.
Later He ventured in to Hospitality and Manufacturing Sector.
In 2002 Mr.A.Siva Sankar joined his father and was focusing in developing CMDA & DTCP approved layouts in and around Chennai Suburbs
