The Journey of Dugar Homes began in the year 1987 when Mr. T Padam Dugar under the able guidance of Chairman Mr. Tarachand Dugar launched Chennai’s FIRST self contained gated community of 150 independent homes in Porur called ‘PARK DUGAR’.
Since then Mr.Padam Dugar has left no stone unturned in establishing a strong foundation in the real estate market. His relentless drive and Zeal have helped Dugar carve out a distinct niche for itself. Apart from the premium and middle income segments, Dugar pioneered ‘Budget/Affordable Housing’ in 2008 and continues to be successfully present in the segment to
this day.
