We have an experience of about six months with Propryte and are fully satisfied with their assistance in finding a rented apartment in Chennai. Due to Covid-19, the deal could not be finalised and after the Lock down period it will happen.

Currently propryte stands out as the top bet for posting properties (I'm specific on free listing) and finding potential tenants at the best price. Hats off to this company managing this, to what Commonfloor was doing best when they started the same. Keep improving team.
