    At the time of purchasing / handing over they promised club house & amenities will be covered in the maintenance charge of Rs 3.50 per sqft. But after handing over club house manager (varsha) is forcing to pay for the package to use club house & amenities. Looks like package is mandatory and without that you wont get your access card to club house or not even allowed to enter club house.. I dont know why they charged Rs 1.50 lakhs for club house. Not happy with this experience. Must have purchased flats somewhere else. Dissatisfied.

    Was a wonderful experience with the builder all through the stages of building and handover.

    Their customer service experience was top notch, to mention a few are their timelines of updates and helping out in understanding the legal procedures pertaining to the property..

    I would definitely recommend Navin’s to any friend of mine, just as it happened to me as well.
