Pragnya Group started its operations in 2004, as an FDI fund invested in 7 projects across India and Srilanka. In 2012, the Pragnya group transitioned into a Real Estate developer with a platform built on proven fund management expertise, so far completed 6 million square feet of both residential and commercial development and currently developing 9.7 million square feet.
Pragnya Eden Park is an SPV between Pragnya and Aditya Birla group, developed in 92 acres, An integrated residential township (Eden Park) of 92 acres to provide ‘walk to work’ facility for employees working in the adjacent 1000 acres IT SEZ (SIPCOT IT Park) at Siruseri, OMR Chennai.
