  • This project is doomed.

    Dear All,

    I have had the worst experience with this builder. I had booked at Crown 3 years ago and with a contractual handover date of end June 2023, I still don’t know when I will get the flat. Severe delays and quality issues persist and above that they demand extra money at the time of handover for no valid reason. They had a respected name in the past but this project is a disaster and their staff are arrogant, money making, greedy people. Lord save the 2000 families of this project as we are all in a huge mess because of them.

    DO NOT BOOK AT THIS OR ANY OF THEIR FUTURE PROJECTS. THEY WILL MESS UP EVENTUALLY. THIS PROJECT IS PROOF OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE AND GREED.

    Pathetic Experience

    This project is delayed by almost 1 year now & it will take another 1 year to come to full livable condition. The builder claims to be premium, but actually not. The quality is not up to the mark . many cost compromises can be seen in the construction quality . They just fool around the customers by giving some reasons .There is no commitment & no accountabilities .

    Baashyaam constructions has a good reputation for its quality of constructions & professionalism. I experienced this when I visited Crown Residences & I have booked a 3 BHK. I am being updated on the status of project at regular intervals. I am sure Crown Residences will be one of the best address in Chennai in coming years. Since Baashyaam is reputed company, they will keep up their promise to deliver the flats by June 2023. I am awaiting for that good day.
