    Poor Response

    They are too good till the time you book the flat .. once you are a customer, their real color comes out .. you have to write at least 5 times to get a response to any query. Their CRM team is just for formality’s sake & they really do not maintain any relationship with the customer. They are sometimes arrogant in responding.

    Baashyaam constructions has a good reputation for its quality of constructions & professionalism. I experienced this when I visited Crown Residences & I have booked a 3 BHK. I am being updated on the status of project at regular intervals. I am sure Crown Residences will be one of the best address in Chennai in coming years. Since Baashyaam is reputed company, they will keep up their promise to deliver the flats by June 2023. I am awaiting for that good day.

    Hi, Visited the place last month, seems like a solid place to buy. Had a long talk with the salesperson, he said

    -4000 pilings are being laid for the foundation

    -You will have entry to the metro station as well

    -New mall will be opened alongside, people who live in crown will have private entry to it. I heard they will be finishing only half the towers by 2023, so you have to make sure which tower you chose.
